To edit the calendar you will need to save it as a RTF file and open it in Microsoft Word. The calendar is a picture with text field. You will need to edit this picture.
Word 2002
- Open the calendar in Word.
- Left click on the calendar image.
- On the toolbar go to Edit>Edit picture
- Double click on a text field to edit.
- Insert>Text Box>click on calendar to insert text box to add new information.
Word 2007
- Open the calendar in Word.
- Right click on the calendar image, select Edit Picture.
- Message comes up " This is an imported picture, not a group. Do you want to convert it to a Microsoft Office drawing object" Select Yes.
- All the text fields are available to edit. If the text boxes turn off you can double click them to edit.
Word 2010
- Open the calendar in Word.
- Right click on the calendar image and choose Group>Ungroup.
- Message comes up " This is an imported picture, not a group. Do you want to convert it to a Microsoft Office drawing object" Select Yes.
- The text boxes are now editable.
