How do I edit my calendar?

To edit the calendar you will need to save it as a RTF file and open it in Microsoft Word. The calendar is a picture with text field. You will need to edit this picture.

Word 2002

  1. Open the calendar in Word.
  2. Left click on the calendar image.
  3. On the toolbar go to Edit>Edit picture
  4. Double click on a text field to edit.
  5. Insert>Text Box>click on calendar to insert text box to add new information.

 Word 2007

  1. Open the calendar in Word.
  2. Right click on the calendar image, select Edit Picture.
  3. Message comes up " This is an imported picture, not a group. Do you want to convert it to a Microsoft Office drawing object" Select Yes.
  4. All the text fields are available to edit.  If the text boxes turn off you can double click them to edit.

 Word 2010

  1. Open the calendar in Word.
  2. Right click on the calendar image and choose Group>Ungroup.
  3. Message comes up " This is an imported picture, not a group. Do you want to convert it to a Microsoft Office drawing object" Select Yes.
  4. The text boxes are now editable.
