How do I make incremental (type ahead) search work with accented characters?

Because RootsMagic 4 now supports Unicode, accented characters are treated independently from each other (in other words the program won't accept 'o' as a substitute for 'ö' or any other accented character).

This means that you need to type the actual accented character when doing an incremental search.  For example, if you have the name:

Schlöpp, Johann Leonhard

you will need to type the letter ö (and not just a plain old 'o') when doing the incremental search.
