How do I merge duplicate places in the place list?

You can combine duplicate entries in your place list with the "Merge" button. Highlight the place you want to keep and click the "Merge" button.  RootsMagic will display a list of places in your file. Just put a checkmark next to the places you want to merge into that place and click the "Merge selected places" button.
