How do I maintain the same Record Numbers (RINs) with a GEDCOM import.

When you get to the part in the GEDCOM import, after choosing where your GEDCOM file is, you will see a screen to assign a source to the whole file. At the bottom is a check box to "Preserve Record Number" that you want to check. This will maintain the same record numbers the original database that the GEDCOM was made from had assigned.
