Will Family Reunion Organizer work with Vista, Windows 7 or higher?

Currently Family Reunion Organizer writes temporary files in its program folder (which Vista, Windows 7 through 11 don't like).  If you install Family Reunion Organizer off the C: drive instead of in the Program Files (x86) folder, it will run under Vista, Windows 7, or higher.
