Personal Historian 1 is not asking for registration or says registration has expired

For Personal Historian 1 there is a file you can run that can be found at:

http://www.personalhistorian.com//download/PHRegClear.exe

This is something to quickly run to reset Registration. You probably
won't see anything happen, then start Personal Historian and it should ask for your registration.
