What do I do to stop getting e-mail notices every time a new topic is posted on the message boards?

  3. General Questions
  1. Log into the message board
  2. In the upper right corner click on your name, then select My Settings from the menu
  3. Click the Forums tab on the Your Options screen
  4. In the left margin are some tabs... choose Manage Watched Topics and Manage Watched Forums to unsubscribe from any topics or forums you have subscribed to.
