Q. When I attempt to create a wall chart I get an error message titled RootsMagic Error.  "RootsMagic has encountered an unexpected error: Unable to write to C:ProgramData\RootsMagic\ROOTS...."

1. Go to the folder C:\ProgramData\RootsMagic 
2. There is a a file named ROOTSMAGIC.INI in that folder which has been set to read-only.
3. Right click the ROOTSMAGIC.INI file
4. Select "Properties"
5. Uncheck "Read only"
6. Click OK

You should now be able to create the wall chart.
