How do I make the "Source Detail Comments" not print in a narrative report?

In the Narrative Report Settings window, click the Sources button, and uncheck the option, "Print detail comments of sources with each citation". This option, along with "Print detail text of sources with each citation" option, control which of the detail text prints in a report.
