1. Go to the Lists menu, choose Genealogy Places
2. Start typing the name of the place until it is highlighted on the list.
3. Click the "Edit Button" and then in the Edit Genealogy Place window, click "Lookup"
4. In the "Lookup a Place" window, type in the name of the place then click the "Search" button to the right of it and you should see complete place name at the top of a list of possibilities.
5. Choose the place name you want and click "OK" then "OK" again.
