If you are experiencing new FamilySearch freezing, running slow, hanging up, and not working properly, first check the NFS website at http://new.familysearch.org and make sure it is up and running.  Login and make sure your have access to NFS.

If the site is working and the issue appears to be on the RootsMagic side, first check that you are running the latest update. (Help>About RootsMagic)  As of this writing it is version 4.1.2.0.

Shut down your computer and restart it.

If you continue to have freezing check the person on the http://new.familysearch.org website and see if NFS has a hard time loading them.  The individual maybe what's considered an IOUS (Individual of Unusual Size).  There may be to many relationships for FamilySearch to load and they have terminated the results being sent to RootsMagic.
